Third Generation as a Family Legacy Continues
The ITG (In the Genes) story began when company President Marc Bonham started working with his father at age 10 during summers and school vacations. In that period, Marc (now 42) learned every aspect of the glass business from his dad and quickly realized that glass was more than just a job-it was in his DNA.
"I grew up around glass and observed every aspect of repair and replacement until I could fix and install it myself," Marc said. "After working with my dad for several years, I landed several jobs with other glass companies to be exposed to every aspect of the industry."
In January 2018 Marc established ITG Glass Company in Hershey, PA in order to continue his life-long commitment to the world of glass repair and installation.
"It's more than just a business for me; it's my heritage," Marc said. "I've succeeded at every level because I meet deadlines and am well-known for being fair and honest. I build customer relationships that are built on trust, and that's why my clients never look elsewhere, whether it's automotive, residential or commercial glass services."
With 32 years under his belt, Marc is an expert in auto glass, commercial glass, and residential glass repair and installation. ITG Glass Company often gets jobs when others can't do them because Marc's enormous reservoir of knowledge is unmatched.
To continue the ITG story, Marc's son Nate (age 21) became a member of the family business several years ago. He possesses the same passion for glass that his father and grandfather have had since childhood and is excited to be a third-generation craftsman as he continues his family's legacy, pursuing quality and excellence.
